However, in the unlikely event of any Digitized Work becoming unavailable after we receive an order for any reasons whatsoever, we will cancel the order and the amount paid will be refunded to you within 7 working days.
Once payment with respect to an order for a Digitized Work, is successfully received by Us through the payment gateway facility, no cancellation and refund in respect of the same shall be permitted.

TERMINATION
We shall use our best efforts to give you an uninterrupted user experience of the Site. However, we may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate certain user rights of the Site or terminate access to the Site. We will not liable to You or any third party for any termination or suspension of the Site. Any purchases already made by you through the site will be honoured in such cases.
